The Blaser R93 LRS2 is a German sniper rifle, used heavily by the German , Dutch police forces and the Australian Federal Police. It is manufactured by Blaser. It is a bolt-action take down sniper rifle, chambered for 5.56NATO, 6.5x55 7.62mm NATO, .300 Win Magnum and .338 Lapua depending on whether it is the LRS2 tactical 2 version, which has a heaver action and barrel to accommodate the 338 Lapua Magnum. the LRS2 tactical 2 version comes chambered in .308, 300WM and 338 Lapua Magnum, while the LRS2 version comes chambered in most common, non Magnum caliber's It is designed to send high weight/length projectiles (factory match) into very small groups without difficulty (sub .25 MOA). An uncommon part of its design is that it is a straight-pull bolt-action rather than a turn-bolt, which allows for much faster follow-up shots.
