Cilazapril is a pyridazine angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor (ACE inhibitor) used for the treatment of hypertension and congestive heart failure. It is branded as Inhibace in Canada and New Zealand and Vascace and Dynorm in Europe. According to drugs.com (who have a partnership with the US Food & drug Administration) none of these are currently available in the United States as of May 2010.
