Loperamide and simethicone are combined in a medication (Imodium AD Advanced) to treat simultaneously diarrheal and gas symptoms. Loperamide is a Mu-Opioid agonist that works mainly in the intestines and Simethicone is a gas-reducer. They come in large pills in 2/125MG.
