Toplexil is an antihistamine plus expectorant sold by Aventis. It is sold over the counter in France, Egypt, Algeria, South Korea and the UAE. The oxomemazine ingredient (antihistamine) is not approved by the FDA, either for over the counter or prescription use. French travelers use it as a sleeping aid for long flights.

Active ingredients: per 100mL of syrup:
- Oxomemazine 0.033 g.
- Guaifenesin 0.666 g.
The 5 mL of the dose-measure spoon contains 1.65 mg of oxomemazine.

Syrup, 150 mL vial.
