- 1 tsp. ground sage or poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
- 1 Tbsp. celery flakes (or dehydrated chopped celery)
- 1 Tbsp. dried onion
- 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Place all ingredients in a plastic bag or on a square of foil. Label. In a separate bag, place 4 cups dried bread cubes.
Saucepan Stuffing:
In a medium saucepan, combine 1 1/4 cups water, 3 Tbsp. butter, and 1 packet of Saucepan Stuffing Mix. Bring to a boil. Simmer 5 min. Stir in bread cubes, stirring until liquid is absorbed. If necessary you can add a few more Tbsp. water. Cover, remove from heat, and let stand 5-10 minutes. Homemade bread will need the longer standing time.
