ABIOMED is a company based in Danvers, Massachusetts which builds the AbioCor Artificial Heart, the first fully implanted device of its kind.
Abiomed was founded in 1981 and is the only company in the world with exclusive labeling on ventricular assist devices for all potentially recoverable heart failure indications.
