Loosely pack little smokies in 1/2 pint or pint jars.
Fill jar to 1" headspace with favorite barbecue sauce
Process the half pints 60 min and the pints 75 @ 10lbs pressure
Same thing for canned hotdogs except no barbecue sauce and add water instead.
