Working (repairing etc) with Aluminum using a propane torch

Bonding aluminum

There is a product that allows you to repair, weld, seal holes in aluminum with a propane torch.
You heat the base aluminum until the stick melts when touched to the base.
Then you flow on the stick, let it cool and the weld is as tough as the base.
It can to drilled, ground etc.

Example products:

Products like these are brazing the aluminum.
They are all zinc alloys, Typically, they have a high tensile strength.
