Ketofol is a mixture of ketamine and propofol. Both drugs are anesthetic agents. Ketamine, when mixed with thiopentone sodium (another anesthetic agent), immediately forms a sticky precipitate but ketamine can also be mixed with propofol in the same syringe.[1]
