  • Dehydrate like normal in small pieces or pulp spread out thinly or thin shavings of something and then you drop it in the food processor or use a mortar and pestle.
  • This can be done to fruits (or fruit peels) and mushrooms as well.
  • It is possible to do to Tomatoes.
  • You can dry shredded lettuce or cabbage - grind and use to flavor.
  • Mushrooms can be powdered before they go bad (which can happen in an instant!!) just slice them, lay them out and dry them, then grind them to make mushroom powder.
