Bisulepine is strong and relatively selective antihistamine (H1-antihistamine) with hypnotic, antiadrenergic and very weak anticholinergic and antiserotonergic effects. Bisulepine is marketed in Czech Republic under the trademark Dithiaden in tablet form.
