Canned oranges in light syrup

Commercially they use a special process to "deskin" the segments, but you can do it fairly easily with a very sharp knive.

Start by cutting off the peel being sure to cut away all the membrane (over a bowl to catch the juice). You may loose a little of the segment this way but it makes it easier to get the segments out whole.

Then slice down between the segments right up next to the membrane, cut on EACH side of the membrane and that will free up the next segment too. When you have all the segments (called royals) free then squeeze the reaming membrane really well to get any left over juice.
