Vanilla cinnamon peach syrup
From Self-sufficiency
- 6 cups of sliced peaches
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla
- 1/2 of package of no sugar pectin
Boiled the peaches for 20 min. Strained, added the juice back to the pot then added the rest of the ingredients, cooked for 5 min. WB for my elevation. Once out.... I shook it every so often to make sure it was a thick but not jelled. Turned out heavenly!
