The combination oxycodone/naloxone is available as prolonged-release tablets under the trade name Targin (produced by Mundipharma). It "significantly improv[ed] opioid-induced constipation" in a 2008 study.[1] It was released in 2006 in Germany and will be available in some other European countries beginning in 2009.[2]
