Zestoretic is the trade name of a combination of the drugs hydrochlorothiazide and lisinopril, respectively a diuretic and an ACE inhibitor, to control hypertension. It is a product of AstraZeneca.
The combination is also manufactured by Merck & Co. and sold under the trade name Prinzide.
