Quazinone (Dozonone, Posicor) is a cardiotonic and vasodilator drug which was developed and marketed in the 1980s for the treatment of heart disease.[1][2][3][4][5] It acts as a selective PDE3 inhibitor.[6][7] It is no longer available.[1]
