Dexchlorpheniramine (Polaramine) is an antihistamine with anticholinergic properties used to treat allergic conditions such as hay fever or urticaria. It is the pharmacologically active dextrorotatory isomer of chlorpheniramine and seems to possess no advantage over the more common parent drug.
