GBLD-345 is an anxiolytic drug used in scientific research, which acts as a nonselective full agonist at GABAA receptors. It has similar effects to benzodiazepine drugs, but is structurally distinct and so is classed as a nonbenzodiazepine anxiolytic.[1]
