Raclopride is a synthetic compound that acts as an antagonist on D2 dopamine receptors.[1] It can be radiolabelled with the carbon-11 radioisotope and used in positron emission tomography (PET) scanning to assess the degree of dopamine binding to the dopamine D2 Dopamine receptor receptor. For example, one study found decreasing binding with the personality trait detachment.[2]
